Baked Cinnamon Stuffed Apples

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 30 minutes

Makes: 8 servings

Ingredients

4 Golden Delicious or McIntosh apples, cored
½ of lemon (juiced)
6 tablespoons Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
¼ cup oatmeal, dry
2 tablespoons margarine
¼ cup chopped pecans

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Drizzle lemon juice over apples.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together Splenda, oatmeal, margarine and pecans.
  4. Stuff each apple with ¼ cup of the oat mixture.
  5. Place apples in baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  6. Let apples cool after removing from the oven, then cut into servings (1/2 apple). Enjoy!
